About 365 Word Journey

Hello. My name is Pam. 

First, I want to tell you that I am not a Bible scholar and I don't have a degree in any of its related subjects. 

What I am is an ordinary and curious human being who is on a life journey. During my journey, I have encountered the Bible and there are so many stories and circumstances surrounding its existence. Many believe it is God's word. Others say it is fiction. Some say the words in this book changed their lives. And others declare it to be outdated. 

Although I am familiar with what it says in places, I am not well versed in reading the Bible as a complete story. So I am curious and I want to know what it says for myself. Since I have a Christian worldview, that will be my perspective. My plan is to read chronologically to get the full picture in one year. 

This blog will document this journey. I want to simply read and record what I find. I wish I could write everyday but chances are, I won't get to do that. My goal is to post at least twice a week. Also, I will invite guest bloggers who are taking this journey to write.
